Rolling Mill Cylinders
Mill-down Cylinders: These are the most critical cylinders in a rolling mill, used to control the gap between the rolls. By precisely adjusting the rolling pressure, they ensure that steel plates, strips, or profiles achieve the required thickness and shape. These cylinders are typically high-pressure, heavy-duty, and large-diameter, and require extremely high control precision.
Looping Cylinders: In a continuous rolling line, these cylinders are used to regulate the tension of the steel strip, preventing it from becoming slack or breaking.
Roll Changing Cylinders: Used for the fast and safe replacement of heavy rolls, they are a key part of mill maintenance automation.
Continuous Caster Cylinders
